Hi! I'm Dan, The Capacity Coach.

I've seen over 16 years in the financial advice industry that too many small-to-medium financial advice businesses grow through circumstance rather than design. The result is a lack of systems and processes and underperforming staff, which costs the business clients and profits.
Practice Principals wear too many hats and feel like they are spinning their wheels, with little financial reward for their hard work. They end up burnt out and resenting their business.
It doesn't have to be this way.
